What You'll Do: • Lead a team of 3 Workday consultants and collaborate directly with the client. • Ensure client requirements are understood, met, and effectively implemented. • Review testing processes and oversee requirements gathering and validation. • Drive Workday implementations for Finance and Grants Management and related modules. What We're Looking For: • Workday Certification in Finance and Grants (active certification required). • 3-5 years of experience in Workday Grants Management, Finance, and Projects. • Proven ability to lead teams and work directly with clients in dynamic environments. • strong skills in requirements analysis and testing processes. • Industry experience in government preferred; higher education experience is acceptable.
