Role Snapshot: Start Date: Immediate openings available Location: Remote Company: Workwarp Compensation: a competitive salary Position: Manager - Inventory Accounting   Description: • The Inventory Accounting Manager is responsible for leading a team of associates, senior associates and lead associates (individual contributors). • This role is accountable for driving the activities of the team, ensuring excellent customer service, and fostering continuous improvement of processes and delivery. • This position leads overall day to day activities for their tower, including supporting the Company’s ongoing financial transformation, and assisting in the close process while partnering with cross functional teams and off-shore business partners. • Provides coaching to team members, along with supporting their development of business and technical skills. Requirements: • Must be eighteen years of age or older. • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Previous people or project team management experience preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as other accounting software programs. • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree in Accounting. • Thorough understanding of accounting and / or finance principles and practices, generally accepted accounting principles, and generally accepted auditing standards. • Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers. • Complete work accurately within a fast-paced environment. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong analytical, problem solving, and research skills. • Experience with data analytics / data visualization. • Experience with application and implementation of different systems, applications and innovative technologies like SAP S4 Hana, Google BigQuery, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
