Job Title: Talent Sourcer / Recruiter We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to help generate a warm pool of candidates for an Operations Manager role based in India. This is an entry-level / associate role. There is no need to conduct screening or interviews — your responsibility is simply to pass candidate contacts to the company’s recruiter. Compensation We pay $125 per successfully hired candidate: $50 once the candidate starts the job $75 after the candidate successfully completes a 2-month probation period Job Description We plan to hire 12 Operations Managers across India to help scale our fintech infrastructure. Your goal as a Talent Sourcer is to build a pipeline of candidates through: Job postings Searching in WhatsApp and Telegram candidate groups The company’s recruiter will then contact candidates, conduct interviews, and make final hiring decisions.
