Company Overview Content Forge is a strategy and content operations company that partners with founders and growing brands to build scalable teams, systems, and execution frameworks. Content Forge is led by the founder of Mini Katana and Kanpai Foods, two established consumer brands. We are hiring a Headhunter / Talent Acquisition to support our fast-growing hiring needs across strategy, content, creative, and operations roles. This is a hands-on recruiting role focused on sourcing, engaging, and closing high-quality candidates. Responsibilities • Proactively source and engage candidates for multiple open roles • Build and maintain active talent pipelines • Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership • Partner closely with leadership to understand role requirements and hiring priorities • Track candidates and hiring activity using recruiting and applicant tracking tools (ATS) • Support hiring process improvements as the company scales Required qualifications (must have) • Prior professional experience in recruiting, headhunting, or talent acquisition • Proven experience sourcing and screening candidates • Strong outreach, follow-up, and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple open roles at the same time • Comfortable working in fast-paced, remote environments Preferred qualifications • Experience recruiting for startups or high-growth companies • Experience hiring for content, marketing, creative, or operations roles • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruiting tools Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: Remote
