Guest Services: Duck Stop

Do you love Boston? Boston Duck Tours is hiring Guest Service Representatives for our upcoming 2025 season! Come be part of one of Boston’s best attractions! We’re looking for passionate, hardworking, enthusiastic people that love helping others and ensuring their experience before, during and after the tour is the absolute best possible. We love our city and sharing it with the 500,00 people that take our tour each year! All Guest Service Representatives will work alternately at our Prudential Center, Museum of Science, and New England Aquarium departure locations. Each location will require different responsibilities but may include: • Interacting with Guests while they wait for their tour at our three departure locations • Answering Guests’ questions • Being an ambassador for our brand and the city of Boston • Assisting Guests before and after their tour • Cleaning the Ducks Qualifications • Demonstrated customer service and communication skills • Must be able to read, write and comfortably speak English • $16 per hour • Eligible to participate in End of Season Bonus Program • Flexible scheduling • Referral bonuses • Medical, Dental, Vision (Eligible after 30 Days) • Life Insurance, AD&D & LTD (Company Paid) • Unlimited Free Duck Rides for you and your immediate family • Free or Discounted Admissions to numerous Museums and other attractions throughout the City, including the Museum of Science and the New England Aquarium.
