Develop and implement strategic initiatives: The Strategy Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that align with the overall goals and objectives of the GBS team and Deloitte. Drive business growth: The Strategy Manager will play a key role in identifying and implementing strategies that drive business growth for Deloitte's Global Business Services. Enhance global operations: The Strategy Manager will work closely with clients to understand their global operations and develop strategies to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct market analysis: The Strategy Manager will be responsible for conducting market analysis and identifying emerging trends and opportunities in the global business landscape. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: The Strategy Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams within Deloitte to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic initiatives. Monitor industry and competitor trends: The Strategy Manager will stay updated on industry and competitor trends to identify potential risks and opportunities for the GBS team. Provide strategic insights and recommendations: The Strategy Manager will provide valuable insights and recommendations to leadership based on their analysis and understanding of the global business landscape. Manage client relationships: The Strategy Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with strategic guidance and support. Track and report on key performance indicators: The Strategy Manager will track and report on key performance indicators to measure the success and impact of strategic initiatives. Mentor and develop team members: The Strategy Manager will mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles. Stay updated on industry best practices: The Strategy Manager will stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into the strategic planning process to drive continuous improvement.
