They are seeking a Fundraising Data Analyst to support fundraising efforts through data-driven insights, analyzing donor behavior and campaign performance to enhance strategy and grow philanthropic impact.
Responsibilities
- Analyze donor behavior, campaign performance, and fundraising trends to help strengthen donor relationships, improve strategy, and grow philanthropic impact
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports
- Ensure fundraising data integrity
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for fundraisers and leadership
- Partner closely with Development, Finance, and other teams to support informed decision-making and advance our mission
Skills
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with fundraising data and donor behavior analysis
- Proficiency in designing and maintaining dashboards and reports
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with Development, Finance, and other teams
