We're Petstile, a growing EU pet supplement brand seeking a skilled Video Editor specialized in direct response marketing.
We need someone who understands short form VSLs & UGC editing in direct response way -emotional storytelling, grabbing fast paced editing that CONVERTS and is familiar with AI tools like Heygen, Arcads ...
Looking for someone proactive and independent, with later opportunity of becoming head of video editors and lead its own team if desired.
Required Skills & Experience:
1. Proven experience in direct response video editing and short-form content creation
2. Strong understanding of attention-grabbing hooks and leads for Meta ads
3. Experience with creating and optimizing video content for multiple conversion points
4. Learning fast / implementing instructions when given
5. Portfolio showcasing direct response video work
6. Must know how to optimize speed and quality of delivery with AI (we use Arcads, Heygen...)
Daily Responsibilities:
1. Creating and editing video content like VSL leads (strong knowledge of attention -grabbing editing) an short-form video content like hooks or user-experience videos (short VSLs, UGC, testimonial videos, ...)
2. Passion in devleoping AI skills further for direct response video editing
3. Working from 9am -5pm Paris time (+/- 1 or 2 h)

Compensation: 2800-3300$ per month (based on experience)

Our Ideal Candidate:
-Knows direct response video editing (high-converting meta ads)
-Can start immediately or in the near future
-Takes initiative in finding optimization opportunities
- Learns fast & needs around 4h to edit 2-3 min video ad
