We are launching a new startup, Crazy Kernel, and are looking for a high-level creative partner or boutique agency to execute our brand identity, packaging, and Shopify store. We have a clear roadmap and require a professional who can work on an accelerated 30 to 60-day timeline.
Phase 1: Brand Identity & Discovery
Deep Dive: Establish project goals, audience, and competitive analysis.
Visual Identity: Development of a main mark, mark family, color palette, and typography. (We have much of this work prepared and ready to share already)
Mascot Development: Creation of custom brand mascot illustrations and brand textures/patterns. (Have rendering already, need help perfecting and bringing it to life)
Documentation: Delivery of a full brand identity guide and asset overview.
Phase 2: Packaging Design (4-6 SKUs)
Design & Layout: Custom label design for 4-6 unique flavor profiles based on provided printer dielines.
Illustrations: Typographic layouts and small illustration updates customized per SKU.
Production: Delivery of print-ready PDF files for production.
Phase 3: Shopify Web Design & Development
Splash Page: Immediate development of a Shopify "Coming Soon" splash page.
Full Site: Design and development of a custom Shopify store including Home, About, Shop (4-6 products), FAQ, and Contact pages.
UX/UI: Delivery of site wireframes, user flow documents, and copywriting.
Phase 4: Content Direction
Creative Direction: Planning for brand photography and a 30-day social media posting schedule.
Asset Prep: Delivery of shot lists and reel ideas for social content.
Strict Ownership, Privacy & IP Requirements:
Work for Hire: This is a "Work Made for Hire" agreement. Sole and exclusive ownership of all work products - including all drafts, rejected concepts, sketches, and research transfers to Crazy Kernel immediately upon payment.
No Retention of Rights: Unlike standard agency contracts, the freelancer retains no rights to rejected designs and may not "recycle" or use them for other clients.
Strict Confidentiality: All details regarding Crazy Kernel are proprietary. You may not share, discuss, or showcase any part of this project in a public portfolio without express written consent.
Timeline & Budget
Total Duration: 30-60 Days Max.
Budget: Fixed-Price (One lump sum or milestone-based payments).
Communication: Weekly status updates and availability for milestone presentations. Zoom meetings as-needed.
