The Role: You’re the first and lasting impression. You set the tone, read the room, and bring warmth and energy without ever being performative. This is more than taking orders or dropping checks. You’ll be an active steward of the BlockParty experience—welcoming guests into a space that feels thoughtful, inspired, and human.
