Job description: NOW HIRING: Franchise Business Coach for corporate office of rapidly growing personal training franchise.
WORK FROM HOME & ROSWELL CORPORATE OFFICE: Looking for balance? Work from home and Alloy corporate office. This individual will split time between home and the office. The ideal match will be responsible for onsite 3 days a week with the other days being work from home.

As an Alloy Franchise Business Coach, you will work closely with franchisees to help them grow their businesses and meet KPI requirements. You will provide coaching, guidance, and support to help franchisees understand and implement Alloy Personal Training’s business model effectively. You will also act as a liaison between the franchisee and the franchisor, ensuring that franchisees comply with brand standards and protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Hold franchisees accountable through monthly virtual meetings (hosted on Google meet)
Conduct regular visits and assessments of franchisee locations to ensure compliance with franchisor standards and provide coaching and guidance to help franchisees improve their operations.
Review and analyze franchisee financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets, to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
Collaborate with franchisees to develop and implement business plans to achieve financial targets and growth objectives through EOS Level 10 Meeting guidelines
Provide training and support to franchisees on the franchisor’s business model, including sales and marketing strategies, customer service standards, and product/service offerings
Monitor and provide feedback on franchisee performance, including customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and overall profitability.
Act as a liaison between franchisees and the franchisor, communicating brand standards, protocols, and initiatives to franchisees and providing feedback from franchisees to the franchisor
Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees to build trust and promote open communication.
Maintain accurate records of franchisee performance and progress, and report findings to the franchisor
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in franchise operations, management, or coaching
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial reports
Proven ability to develop and implement successful business plans
Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, customer service standards, and product/service offerings
Ability to travel regularly to franchisee locations
Preferences:
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
Experience with EOS desired, not required.
Experience with Personal Training desired, not required
Knowledge of franchising laws and regulations is a plus
