Responsibilities • Serve as the main liaison between the business and niche contingent recruitment firms. • Oversee and enhance candidate experience and manage talent pipelines. • Establish and implement recruitment processes, including needs assessment and crafting effective job descriptions. • Design and standardize interview processes for diverse roles. • Lead organizational change to enable team-wide adoption and accountability for new recruitment processes. • Develop and promote the company’s employer brand to attract top-tier talent. • Collaborate across departments to support recruitment for diverse roles, focusing on engineering, product, operations, and GTM teams. Qualifications • Proven experience in recruitment with a focus on operational execution. • Strong background in designing and implementing recruitment processes from the ground up. • Ability to establish and promote a compelling employer brand. • Experience working with engineering and technical roles, including data engineering and machine learning. • Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. • Capability to work a flexible schedule, adjusting as necessary to accommodate peak hiring periods.
