We're looking for a fractional COO who has deep experience optimizing operations at marketing agencies specifically. This is not a generalist ops role, we need someone who's solved the exact problems we're facing, at agencies like ours.
What we need help with:
- Auditing and improving internal processes across fulfillment, client communication, and team workflows
- Building and documenting SOPs that actually get followed
- Reducing client churn by improving quality and consistency of output
- Improving timeliness of deliverables across all services
- Identifying bottlenecks and implementing systems to fix them
About you:
You've done this before at marketing/creative agencies (not just "operations experience"—we want agency-specific)
- You've worked with big teams and complex operations.
- You're hands-on—you'll dig into our systems, workflows, and team dynamics, not just advise from a distance
- You can point to measurable results: reduced churn, faster delivery times, improved client satisfaction
