Location: We can currently only accept applications from candidates that are located and have long-term working rights in the UK.
Flexibility: We have office hubs in London and Boston, as well as no-office hubs in several European countries. We operate a choice-first work approach that lets you work fully remotely from Day One even if you’re near an office hub.
Salary: We benchmarked ca. £80–90,000 + equity at MN2 in our progression framework for someone based in the UK.
Interviews: 3 stages totalling around 3 hours over 2 weeks.

As Juro scales, the financial integrity of our business becomes even more critical. We’re looking for a hands-on Financial Controller to take ownership of all things accounting, cash, financial operations, tax compliance, and audit. This role sits at the heart of how we run the company, ensuring our books are accurate, our controls are watertight, and our runway is clearly managed.
You’ll work closely with our CFO to keep our finances sharp, reduce operational risk and get us audit-ready ahead of our next fundraise. It’s a critical role that keeps the company running smoothly and securely.
Your goal is to ensure Juro's finances operate compliantly and deliver a strong return on capital for Juro. And to partner with teams to build integrity and efficiency into our financial processes.

You’re a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA).
You’ve worked in (or are eager to join) a scaling SaaS business, with hands-on ownership of core finance operations.
You’ve led or supported audits, financial reporting, and compliance, and know what good controls look like.
You’ve worked with non-finance teams and can balance accuracy with commercial context.
You’re genuinely excited by AI and how it can reshape finance.
Bonus points if:
You’ve already tested or implemented AI-powered tooling or automation in your workflows.
