Financial Analyst - Culinary Operations

Description: • We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to support Sur La Table’s Culinary Operations business. • This position plays a critical role in providing financial analysis and decision-making support to our senior leadership team. • The Finance Analyst will partner with cross-functional leaders to drive profitable growth and contribute to the success of our store operations, while also supporting other areas of the business as needed. • This role reports to the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. Requirements: • A problem-solver with a curiosity to understand the connections between business activities and financial outcomes. • A strong communicator who can simplify complex financial concepts and present them to diverse audiences. • Proficient in Excel and reporting tools like MicroStrategy, Access, Vena (FP&A) with the ability to analyze and report on financial data. • Collaborative and adaptable, with a focus on achieving results and continuously improving processes. • Experienced in FP&A (2+ years) with strong skills in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
