Key Responsibilities
- Professionally greet and interact with customers, providing top-notch service and ensuring their complete satisfaction.
- Install, troubleshoot, service, and repair reverse osmosis water coolers and ice machines in business environments, including fishing water tubing through walls and ceilings.
- Complete assigned installations, explain the functionality of water and ice systems, and answer customer questions.
- Efficiently complete service routes, communicate with supervisors, customer service, and team members, and maintain accurate records.
- Perform all work in accordance with proper safety procedures and correct use of company equipment.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Accredited high school diploma, business or trade school, or GED required.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Some computer skills and ability to use hands and power tools.
- Ability to work independently and be assertive when needed.
- Customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Plumbing experience preferred.
- Experience installing and servicing commercial beverage and ice systems.
Physical Requirements
- Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 100 lbs.
- Ascending and descending ladders.
- Working in small areas.
- Able to use hands and power tools.
- Some lift work necessary, up to 35 feet in elevation with a safety harness.

Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage commensurate with experience ($18 to $24/hour, depending on experience).
- Overtime paid after 40 hours weekly.
