Delgado Entertainment Law is looking for a SEASONED federal copyright litigation attorney who can assist as a strategist for our high-performance team. Complex civil litigation experience is helpful for this position as well.
We need someone who can assist as a litigation supervisor for our team to ensure we deliver results for our clients!
How You’ll CONTRIBUTE:
· You’ll work closely with our team to make high-level litigation strategy decisions;
· Draft and strategize federal motions (MTDs, MSJs and discovery motions);
· Conduct and train team on advanced legal research; and
· Strategize PR aspects of high-profile cases.
What You’ll BRING:
· Federal Court litigation experience (required);
· Admitted to Federal Court;
· Strong working knowledge (and interest!) in copyright law and strategy;
· Experience drafting dispositive motions; and
· Ability to operate independently on complex matters.
