Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via inbound phone calls, emails, live chats, or other means as needed, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns.
- Exceed daily quotas consisting of inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats, while maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Record detailed notes of customer communication, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of interactions.
- Create lifelong customers by responding to their inquiries in a creative, personal, comprehensive, unique, and consistent manner, demonstrating the customer's value and importance.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service, demonstrating efficient and courteous responses in a timely and friendly manner.
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, and Managers to provide the best experience possible for our customers.

Essential Qualifications

- Clear and articulate telephone voice without major background noise or distractions.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize workloads, with strong self-motivation and excellent decision-making skills.
- Reliable and consistent work performance, with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Experience with a multi-line phone system and computer skills, including Microsoft Office, various cloud-based platforms such as Salesforce, data entry, and word processing.

Preferred Qualifications
