- Refer target market clients to our financial services and earn additional income through our 100% commission-based structure.
- Optionally, earn licenses to provide expert financial advice and guidance to clients, including investment management and estate planning.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to assess clients' needs and develop tailored financial plans.
- Communicate complex financial concepts clearly, utilizing strong public speaking skills in client meetings.
- Manage client relationships effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and trust.
- Stay updated on relevant financial regulations and market trends to provide informed recommendations.
Essential Qualifications
- Good to excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in English or multi-lingual, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Integrity, discipline, and motivation to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- No felony offenses and a clean background check.
- Ability to learn new systems, skillsets, and be coachable.
