**Key Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Virtual Livestream Event Moderator, you'll be responsible for:
### Audience Engagement
* Welcome and energize the virtual audience during live sessions, setting the tone for an engaging and inclusive experience.
* Monitor and interact with audience comments in the chat, responding to questions and keeping the energy upbeat.
* Share event updates, encourage participation, and maintain a positive, inclusive environment that fosters meaningful connections among attendees.
### Live Session Moderation
* Host and moderate livestreamed conversations, panel discussions, and Q&A sessions with performers and speakers, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for all participants.
* Guide one-on-one conversations between audience members and featured guests, providing a safe and supportive space for meaningful dialogue.
* Manage timing and transitions between segments to keep the event on schedule, working closely with the production team to troubleshoot any live communication issues.
### Community Building
* Foster a welcoming and supportive virtual space where everyone feels included, valued, and respected.
* Help amplify the festival's themes of self-love and resilience by encouraging meaningful dialogue and creating opportunities for connection and growth.
