About the Role
As a Virtual Customer Support Associate, your primary goal will be to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. You'll use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers. Your day will be filled with a range of activities, from answering order and product questions to resolving payment matters and providing website guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support through phone, chat, and email
- Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Use Amazon's tools and systems to research and resolve customer issues
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise information
- Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed as a Virtual Customer Support Associate, you'll need:
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Right to work in India
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
- Experience working with a computer
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 6 am and 11 pm
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
- A minimum broadband connection of 20MB download speed and 8MP upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Familiarity with Amazon's products and services
- Experience working in a virtual or remote environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
