As a Virtual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home and make a meaningful impact on our customers' lives. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, following up on client cases, and ensuring that our customers receive the support they deserve. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail. You will also need to have a reliable computer with a validated copy of Windows 10, 11, or the most current macOS, a USB headset and webcam, and at least one 15" or larger monitor. Your internet speed should be at least 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload, and a direct Ethernet connection is preferred. Additionally, you will need to have a quiet and distraction-free workspace, be able to sit for extended periods of time, and have manual dexterity and typing skills of at least 40 WPM with 80% accuracy.
