**Role Overview**
As a Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and assisting with various aspects of our short-term rental business, including:
* Guest and reservation management
* Virtual property management
* Cleaner management, scheduling, and coordination
* Addressing guest issues and resolving them in a timely and efficient manner
* Processing reservations and providing accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods
* Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional guest experiences
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Guest and Reservation Management**
+ Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
+ Process reservations and ensure accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods

* **Virtual Property Management**
+ Manage and coordinate property-related tasks, including housekeeping, amenities, and maintenance
+ Ensure properties are accurately represented on our platforms and websites
+ Collaborate with our property owners and managers to ensure seamless property management
* **Cleaner Management, Scheduling, and Coordination**
+ Schedule and coordinate cleaning services for our properties
+ Ensure timely and efficient cleaning services to meet guest expectations
+ Collaborate with our cleaning teams to ensure high-quality services
* **Guest Issue Resolution**
+ Address guest issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner
+ Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional guest experiences
+ Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
**Success Metrics**
* Maintain a quick response rate to all inquiries (less than 2 hours)
* Resolve all guest issues with a high sense of urgency in less than 3 hours or ASAP
* Contribute to a review rating of 4.8 or higher
* Meet or exceed our customer satisfaction targets
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of customer service experience
* 2+ years of vacation rental customer service or hotel experience
* Must be available to work during normal U.S. business hours (EST)
* Strong verbal, written, and reading skills in English
* Tech-savvy with experience working with multiple technology platforms
* Excellent typing skills, including speed and accuracy
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong decision-making skills
* Excellent at following directions
* Conflict resolution experience
