We're passionate about empowering our employees to deliver exceptional results for our customers, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our team. **Job Summary** As a Translation Program Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing translation projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality translations for our global organization. You'll work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, adhering to tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Your passion for improving both the customer and content author experience will drive your success in this role. **Key Responsibilities** * Receive daily translation/localization requests from internal team and stakeholders, and create and manage translation projects in the arenaflex Translation Management System (ATMS) by outsourcing to vendors. * Coordinate and communicate project delivery timelines based on project volumes, and translation/review process needs. * Troubleshoot issues or questions regarding target audience, file type, and business requirements. * Respond to linguistic queries from translation vendors, request feedback from internal stakeholders, and coordinate with vendors for implementation. * Use project management methodology, including risk management, to plan, scope, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard, ensuring they meet the requirements of the business. **Ideal Candidate** We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a proven track record in project management, localization, and intercultural communication.
