**Key Responsibilities**
As a Translation Program Specialist, you'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality translations for our global organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Receiving daily translation/localization requests from internal teams and stakeholders, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and project requirements.
* Creating and managing translation projects in the Amazon Translation Management System (ATMS) by outsourcing to vendors, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
* Coordinating and communicating project delivery timelines based on project volumes, translation/review process needs, and stakeholder expectations.
* Troubleshooting issues or questions regarding target audience, file type, and business requirements, and providing expert guidance to internal stakeholders and translation vendors.
* Responding to linguistic queries from translation vendors, requesting feedback from internal stakeholders, and coordinating with vendors for implementation.
* Utilizing project management methodology, including risk management, to plan, scope, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard, ensuring they meet the requirements of the business.
