About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and dedicated Tier 2 Customer Support Analyst to join our team. As a Tier 2 Customer Support Analyst at blithequark, you will be 100% focused on delivering exceptional service to our customers and building their trust through every interaction. You will engage with our customers via multiple channels, including phone, video, chat, email, and case notifications. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $65,000 - $72,500 per year, plus up to 8% bonus and equity.
