Job Overview
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Telehealth team. As a Telehealth Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing patient care and support through outbound calls, utilizing your clinical expertise and decision-making skills to develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive plans of care for patients with various disease states. You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver a seamless patient experience, providing education and support to patients and their families.

- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices in telehealth nursing
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of Arizona, with the ability to be licensed in multiple states
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical RN experience, with experience in telephonic nursing preferred
- Strong clinical skills, with the ability to assess patient needs, develop personalized care plans, and provide ongoing support and guidance to patients and their families
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Strong computer skills, with experience utilizing Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:
- Past experience in telephonic nursing, with a strong understanding of telehealth principles and practices
- Experience working with electronic medical records and other healthcare technology systems
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field, with a strong foundation in clinical practice and healthcare management
