Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support and Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote work capacity. Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure efficient customer support
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables, with familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology preferred
- Offer additional products and/or services to customers as needed
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a focus on building customer relationships and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and provide effective solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and resolve technical issues efficiently
Essential Qualifications
- Strong focus on building customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service
- 1+ year of customer service experience, with technical support experience preferred
- Open availability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A high school diploma or GED, with a quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to ask probing questions to come to a resolution
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with a desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing
- High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone, with a valid U.S. address for residence
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical support experience, with familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
- Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong knowledge of customer service software and technology, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
- Certifications or training in customer service, technical support, or a related field, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
