About the Role As a Technical Support and Customer Service Representative working from home, you will provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide, resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, and track, document, and retrieve information in databases. You will be an amazing problem-solver, maintaining broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables. Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred. You will offer additional products and/or services and deliver expert customer experiences with a smile. Key Responsibilities - Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide - Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products - Track, document, and retrieve information in databases - Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services - Offer additional products and/or services - Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile Qualifications Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction.
