**Job Summary**
As a Technical Support and Customer Care Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective solutions to their technical issues. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide technical support and customer care to clients via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and networking

**Essential Functions**
* High school diploma or GED required; 18 years of age or older
* Strong customer service skills, with a passion for helping others

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to multitask and adapt to changes quickly
