About the Role
We're on the lookout for a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote LATAM team. As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will become an expert in using our innovative software, advising customers on how to successfully set up their own accommodation website and grow their vacation rental business. Your expertise will be used to respond quickly to customer support requests, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers on how to make the most of our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing technical support to customers via email, phone, or chat, ensuring timely issue resolution and excellent customer satisfaction
- Troubleshooting complex technical issues related to our software, collaborating with our development team to resolve customer issues
- Identifying and documenting bugs or issues in our software, developing technical documentation for internal and external use
- Collaborating with our development team to resolve customer issues, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our software and its applications, staying up-to-date with new features and updates
What Makes You a Great Fit
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 2 years of experience in technical customer support or a similar role, with a strong track record of providing excellent customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues and develop creative solutions
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution
- Experience with CRM and customer support software such as Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools
- Experience with cloud-based software and platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus, as is experience in the travel or hospitality industry
