About the Role

We're on the lookout for a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote LATAM team. As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will become an expert in using our innovative software, advising customers on how to successfully set up their own accommodation website and grow their vacation rental business. Your expertise will be used to respond quickly to customer support requests, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers on how to make the most of our platform.
