Position Summary: We?re seeking an experienced and driven Tax Credit Property Manager to lead a well-established affordable housing community in Camp Verde, Arizona. This role is perfect for someone who excels in property operations, LIHTC compliance, and fostering strong relationships with both residents and staff. Tax Credit Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) regulations. Maintain accurate tenant files, conduct audits, and prepare for inspections. ? Financial Management: Manage property budgets, monitor rent collections, process invoices, and deliver timely financial reports. ? Leasing & Marketing: Drive occupancy rates through effective marketing strategies, ensuring a minimum of 90% occupancy. ? Maintenance Oversight: Supervise maintenance teams, oversee timely repairs, and implement preventative maintenance programs. ? Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support on-site staff. Conduct regular performance evaluations and foster a positive, productive work environment. ? Resident Relations: Act as the main point of contact for residents, resolving concerns promptly and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. ? Compliance & Reporting: Stay current with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. Submit necessary reports accurately and on time. Qualifications: ? Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Property Manager, specifically managing Tax Credit properties. Strong knowledge of LIHTC compliance required. ? Education/Certification: Bachelor?s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred. LIHTC certification required (or willingness to obtain shortly after hire). ? Skills: ? Strong leadership and team management skills. ? Excellent organizational and communication abilities. ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (Yardi, RealPage, etc.). ? Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. ? Commitment to providing top-tier customer service. Compensation & Benefits: ? Competitive Salary: Based on experience. ?
