About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) Platform Architect to join our team. As a CSM Platform Architect, you will play a critical role in proposing, architecting, and leading CSM solution delivery based on the requirements provided by the blithequark team and our clients. You will be responsible for designing holistic solutions that include repeatable designs for productivity, interacting with clients outside of the IT department, and demonstrating a high degree of business proficiency, professional maturity, and poise.

Compensation and Perks

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary range of $110,000 to $203,000 for Senior Consultants and $140,000 to $258,000 for Principals. In addition to the base salary, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Our compensation practices are fair and equitable, and we consider a range of factors, including skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
