Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our blithequark Parks, Experiences, and Products (PEP) Florida Finance team. As a key member of our high-performing finance group, you will have the opportunity to analyze metrics and trends, provide strategic insights, and drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, business leaders, and partners, to deliver exceptional visitor experiences and drive shareholder value.

Key Responsibilities

• Join a dynamic finance team dedicated to influencing the visitor experience through in-depth analysis and innovative solutions
• Collaborate with partners across the business to review financial results, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic plans
• Support forecasting, planning, and short- and long-term business planning
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and present findings to senior leadership
• Develop and maintain strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex analysis and insights to stakeholders at all levels
• Build business cases for new opportunities, such as new attractions, hotels, cruise line programs, and special events

Essential Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of experience in statistical, financial, or strategic analysis
• Knowledge of metrics and financial modeling, including the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets
