Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Tax Returns: Accurately prepare and file individual and small business tax returns, ensuring all deductions and credits are maximized.
- Provide Expert Tax Guidance: Advise clients on tax-saving strategies, deductions, credits, and long-term financial planning.
- Manage Client Relationships: Build lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, clear communication, and personalized support.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Keep current on tax laws and updates, ensuring all filings comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Offer Year-Round Support: Assist clients with tax planning and consultation throughout the year to help them make informed financial decisions.
Essential Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

- PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number): You must obtain a valid PTIN from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
- TAAX App Subscription: A paid subscription to our TAAX App is required.

Compensation and Benefits
Our compensation structure is designed to be highly competitive within the tax preparation industry. Here's a breakdown of our offering:
- Base Compensation: 25% of the preparation fee per tax return at the tax pro level.
- Minimum Preparation Fee: $199, with a Maximum Preparation Fee of $3500.
- Add-On Services: Increase your earnings by adding our add-on features at the client's discretion.
- Compensation Payment: Paid 1 week after your client return post, with the first pay date in mid to late February or March.
We also offer a range of benefits, including:
- Annual Membership Fee: $499, which covers maintenance and any losses the association may incur during that cover tax year.
- Opportunity to Make a Six-Figure Income: Many of our first-year preparers make $5-10,000 per month.
