Requirements for Success
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of remote call center experience or 1 year of in-office call center experience, demonstrating your ability to work effectively in a customer-facing environment.
- Must be a US Resident, with the ability to work legally in the United States.
- Must be at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must use a Windows 10/11 PC, with intermediate computer skills and the ability to navigate our software systems.
- Quiet, professional background for calls, ensuring that all interactions are conducted in a distraction-free environment.
- Able to type at least 40 words per minute, with accurate and efficient data entry skills.
- Able to pass a background check, demonstrating your integrity and trustworthiness.
- Must be able to complete a voice assessment and a mock call, showcasing your communication skills and customer service abilities.
