As a Remote Inside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for generating sales and providing exceptional customer service to our customers. You'll take inbound calls from potential customers in response to promotional communications and make some outbound calls to customers who are eligible for new promotions. Your goal will be to help our customers understand how our wireless services will enable them to play, work, and live better.
The primary responsibilities of the position include:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work effectively in an at-home environment independent of immediate supervision. You'll also need to be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as be comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
