You'll work closely with internal departments, keeping clients informed and proactively following through to resolution. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for the financial industry, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as a member of our Support Team, providing exceptional support to clients and resolving complex issues * Maintain client focus at all times, adhering to Client Service Standards and taking ownership of all inquiries * Provide status updates to clients at every step of the process * Generate outbound calls when contact is needed throughout the process * Answer and respond to all inbound client calls and emails, providing accurate answers and maintaining a high level of professionalism * Conference in various department Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as needed to resolve issues and answer questions * Document interactions with clients in internal systems to ensure that other departments are aware of phone call/email conversations that have occurred * Maintain regular and punctual attendance **Essential Qualifications** * 3 years of mortgage experience, with a preference for mortgage closing/processing/funding experience * Knowledge of different types of loans, including FHA/VA * Knowledgeable in the mortgage process flow and established SLA's * Ability to effectively and professionally communicate via phone and email * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Knowledge of CRM software and other customer service tools * Certification in customer service or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on resolving complex issues **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
