• Advise customers of estimated time of arrival and follow instructions per their requirements, ensuring timely and effective communication.
• Inform supervisors on duty of any delays or problems with repairs, working collaboratively to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work with New Call/Follow Up representatives to address problems as they arise, providing support and guidance as needed.
• Handle overflow of new inbound events, assisting with follow-up and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist New Call/Follow Up representatives as needed, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
