- Develop new strategic analytical models or modify existing ones
- Turn data into meaningful insights using data visualization and storytelling techniques
- Develop complex reports and analyses with guidance from leaders
- Support complex process improvement and project management engagement for both individual specialty units and cross-divisional initiatives
- Present findings to leaders and specialty unit leaders, including senior executives
- Act as an internal expert to stakeholders and provide insights to drive results
- Consistently prioritize safety and security, of self and others, as the top priority
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience with analytical tools, such as SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Strong business acumen, statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and ability to manage complex processes with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written, presentation, and verbal skills, with the ability to create succinct, relevant, and data-driven reports and presentations for senior leaders
- Be a strong team player, be detail-oriented, and perform well under pressure
- Ability to influence without authority and work in a matrix environment
- Experience with MS Office is required
- Consistently prioritize safety and security of self, others, and personal data
- Embrace diversity, thinking, and styles
- Have a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
