Key Responsibilities
- Support the paid media investigation capability by analyzing data and identifying trends and opportunities
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and product, to drive business outcomes and improve marketing efficiencies
- Design and lead the development of analytics, BI, and data science projects to enhance paid media and marketing performance
- Work with data science teams to implement media mix models and analyze results
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide recommendations to drive business action
- Utilize SQL, MicroStrategy, Tableau, Excel, and other reporting tools to create and maintain scheduled and ad-hoc reports
- Analyze data to identify business problems and conduct deep dives to perform root cause analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage data (internal and external) and address complex business challenges
- Conceptualize and run investigations that generate insights on customer behavior and customer needs to inform product development and improvement
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, economics, computer science, mathematics, statistics)
- Experience in business intelligence, analytics, or consulting in an e-commerce environment or related field
- Advanced SQL skills
- Experience with industry analysis and metrics visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QuickSight, PowerBI)
- Proficiency in Excel with a proven track record
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
