**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, disconnect/reconnect, payment arrangements, budget billings, making payments, processing trouble and outage orders, and assisting with My Account (online accounts).
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to resolve customer issues and concerns.
* Utilizing computer navigation skills to access and update customer information, process transactions, and resolve issues.
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and transactions.
* Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide support.
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
**Qualifications**
To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll need:
* Prior call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
* Great attendance and punctuality, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong computer navigation skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
* Ability to type minimally 35-40 WPM, with strong keyboarding skills and accuracy.
* Open to working overtime, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
**Technical Requirements**
To work from home, you'll need:
* A broadband internet connection (no DSL or dial-up).
* A hard-wired connection (no Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi hotspots).
* A minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload.
* A camera, which will be required to be on during training and shifts (not including breaks and lunches).
