- Maintain a safe and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures, and taking care of customer issues and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
- Provide client support by recognizing customer needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, finding stock, resolving customer issues and concerns, and promoting arenaflex products and services, while maintaining a safe shopping environment.
- Process customer transactions, operate register equipment, meet front-end performance objectives, pack items for customers, and place items in customer carts while following all safety and health procedures.
- Complete work tasks and needs by utilizing approaches, knowledge, and resources; collaborating with managers, colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders; recognizing needs, deadlines, and expectations; doing assignments; communicating progress and information; deciding and recommending ways of addressing progress opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, challenges, and feedback.
- Operate equipment, such as sales registers, smart devices, advanced applications, and related tools, to manage customer purchases involving suitable methods for various payment types and items sold.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and technology, including sales registers and advanced applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
