Job Description: Providing Exceptional Customer Experiences
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our organization, providing product and service information, resolving technical issues, and delivering personalized support to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues

Essential Qualifications:
- Reside in the United States
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or financial services
