- Utilize a range of communication channels, including telephones, email, chat, and text, to provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries
- Effectively navigate our CRM system to resolve technical inquiries and provide follow-up support to customers

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including demographic and contact information, and notation of all customer interactions
