About the Role

We are excited to announce opportunities for customer service professionals to join our growing team of Customer Service Representatives in a fully remote capacity. The selected candidate will be working on our shift from 11:00am to 7:30pm CST, providing prompt and considerate service to all customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all requests and data entry, and maintaining performance levels to meet specified goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, courteous, and professional service to all customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensures that all customer requests and required data entry are accurate, complete, and submitted on time, adhering to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Education and Experience

To be considered for this role, candidates should have:
