As a Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Delivering world-class customer service by responding to inbound calls, providing product knowledge, troubleshooting issues, resolving customer concerns with empathy and efficiency, and identifying sales opportunities to proactively offer solutions that meet customer needs.

**Requirements**
To thrive in our remote environment, you'll need:
* Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle difficult situations professionally.
* A sales-focused mindset, with proven ability to sell and upsell products/services while delivering excellent customer service.
* Customer service experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a customer service or sales role, and at least 6 months in a call center virtual setting.
* Availability for 12 weeks of paid training, with consistent 8-hour shifts scheduled between Sunday and Saturday, 07:00AM – 01:00AM CST.
* Ability to work 8-hour shifts any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, between 07:00AM – 01:00AM CST.
* Must pass a background screening, be at least 18 years old, have a GED or High School Diploma, and be legally permitted to work in the United States.
**What You Need to Thrive in Our Remote Environment**
To succeed in our remote environment, you'll need:
* Cable or Fiber Internet Service only (no dial-up, DSL, satellite, or cellular).
* 25Mbps Download/10Mbps Upload.
* A private workspace with desk/chair where surrounding noise (children, pets, people, electronics, etc.) cannot be heard or present during working hours.
* Ability to be on webcam during working hours.
