About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Manhattan, Kansas. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and providing solutions that exceed their expectations. Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and considerate service to all customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all customer requests and data entry, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain performance levels to specified goals, consistently meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer satisfaction targets.
- Utilize computer systems and software to efficiently manage customer interactions, track issues, and resolve problems.
- Work autonomously and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and expertise.

Education and Experience
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center or animal health environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
