As a Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at blithequark, you will play a vital role in handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include maintaining our customer database, making daily outbound phone calls, routing technicians based on location, and maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team.
