Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat and text messages from customers, providing thoughtful and grammatically correct responses that meet our high standards of customer service.
- Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt to ensure prompt and efficient service.
- Identify and report any system errors or anomalies to our technical team, helping us to continuously improve our systems and processes.
- Work a set minimum number of conversations per hour, ensuring that you are meeting our productivity targets while maintaining the quality of your responses.
- Operate within multiple software platforms, adapting quickly to new technologies and systems as required.
- Maintain an ERA (Efficiency Rating Average) above 10%, demonstrating your commitment to providing exceptional customer service and meeting our performance expectations.
Education and Skills Required

- Option 2: Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Thursday (OFF), Friday (OFF), Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF).
